For the Love of Ling

Have you had ling yet? If you haven’t yet, you should give it a go! Ling is a member of the cod family and the taste and texture is quite similar. The good thing about ling is that it costs quite a bit less than cod, so makes an excellent choice if you are thinking about cooking any white fish dish. There are lots of ways to prepare ling – I think the simplest is to bake it in tin foil in the oven with a little salt and pepper, lemon juice and herbs.
