Happy New Year! We hope that you enjoyed your holiday as much as we did. We had a very busy run up to Christmas – we were happy to be run off our feet in the shop as well as at the Christmas Market at Mount Juliet. What a fantastic event! A huge thank you to the organising team and to all of the people who came to see us at our stall to taste and buy our home oak smoked salmon! It was a real pleasure to meet you all! And to our neighbours, who were all delightful and we all got to know each other pretty well after the 2 weeks! It’s pretty windy out on the high seas at the moment, so fish catches are a little unpredictable! Don’t worry, though, we will always have some delicious seafood to serve you. Of course we are still smoking salmon and trout in Wexford Street – it’s not just for Christmas, you know! And, remember, salmon is a superfood when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet for the new year.
